Description

I have had a long career of 15+ years in the health care sector. Worked in various hospitals, and this include Chelsea and Westminster and the Royal Brompton hospital in London.
Previously I held a Deputy/Care manager position working with 20+ clients affected with dementia, mental health condition, parkinson disease, disability, and end of life care.
Worked closely with multiple agencies doctors, district nurses, pharmacists, and families to ensure that clients receive the best care.
Prior to that, I worked as a Nursing Assistant in extra care in the same organisation in Wimbledon. I visited clients in their homes to assist them with daily activities of living such as; personal care, medication administration, shopping, prepare meals, laundry and complete administrative tasks such as sorting mail, booking G.P appointments and many other tasks.
I did post graduate studies in business and management in 2019-2020 at the University of West London (UWL), Central London
I also hold a bachelor’s 1st Class degree in Public Health & Health Promotion and a Diploma in Higher Education: Nursing Adult which I completed in the same University in 2005. I also have a clean DBS.
With years of experience l am passionate about my role. l understand the importance of dignity and respect in care which l incorporate in my clients care plan while assisting them with their daily activities of living.
Part of my role is to engage with all my clients and family, carry out daily risk assessments so that clients can remain home safely, review health care needs and identify risks to ensure that clients can be advised and supported on how to get equipment if needed or extra funding to support their loved ones.
I have good communication skills, a team player, with a calm approach, a good listener, reliable, trustworthy, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and to deliver care that is person centred.

Eva is an excellent carer & care manager, she is a professional to the core, she is hardworking. She goes up and beyond to provide excellent care to the service users, she is dedicated to her role as a care assistant & as well as the care manager, providing excellent quality of care to the service users. She is friendly, helpful, always keen to work as a team player. She is incredibly dependable and loyal, always putting the welfare of the service users first. She is motivated as well as trustworthy, she also displays positive attitude always.
